Clinical Competency Exam (CCE)
The 2022.2 CCE is delivered remotely using Zoom. Candidates are responsible for sourcing a suitable exam space to use that is private, free of distractions or interruptions and has a stable internet connection (eg office or home study). For further information visit the CCE resources page.
Key Feature Problem (KFP) and Applied Knowledge Test (AKT)
The 2023.1 KFP and AKT will be delivered face-to-face in February 2023. The exams will be held in capital cities and a limited number of regional centres across Australia. All enrolled candidates will receive details of their exam venue approximately four weeks prior to the exam.
If you have enrolled in the AKT and/or KFP exams, please wait until your venue is confirmed prior to making any travel arrangements.
The RACGP will allocate you to the exam venue closest to your nominated address by priority of enrolment date. You should nominate whether you want to be allocated to a venue nearer your home or practice when you are completing your enrolment.
Some venues can only accommodate a set number of candidates and numbers will be capped accordingly. If your closest exam venue reaches capacity, you will be allocated to the next closest available venue. No specific venue allocation is guaranteed or should be presumed at any time.
Full details on the venue allocation process are detailed in Part 2: RACGP Fellowship Examinations, clause 1.2 of the RACGP Assessments and Examinations Candidate Handbook.
