FSP Training Site and Supervisor Handbook
For supervisors
Supervisors are required to contribute to several assessments of the registrar during their placement.
The multiple opportunities for feedback are also opportunities to assess your registrar. When you provide feedback, you should also reflect on how the registrar’s performance relates to the expected standard at this stage of training. These multiple assessment points can be used to inform end-of-term assessments.
For more information about the RACGP workplace-based assessments (WBA) and the role of supervisors, refer to the Assessor handbook.
