Evaluation of the FSP

Your experience in the FSP is at the heart of how we shape and improve the program. Ongoing evaluation ensures the FSP training remains relevant, effective and responsive to your needs.

Our evaluations aim to:

• monitor progress against the program’s objectives and outcomes
• understand impact, including how the program supports your knowledge, skills, attitudes, intentions and behaviours
• drive improvement by using your feedback to strengthen the program for you and future registrars.

You may be invited to share your feedback through short surveys, focus groups or interviews. Your input is highly valued – every insight helps us improve the FSP, and create a better learning experience for current and future registrars.
