Supervision requirements

In some situations, a remote supervision model may be considered if there is a community need and the training site has limited or no regular access to an on-site supervisor. This arrangement will be flexible and unique to each situation and we’ll work closely with you and the training site to explore if this is an option for you.
If you need a remote supervision arrangement, please contact us as early as you’re able so that we can work with you to assess whether this is possible.
Approval of a remote supervision model is reliant on the training site, supervisor and registrar being assessed as suitable.
Note: You (the registrar) are required to be located on-site with other members of the practice team even if remote supervision is approved.
