This notice is to advise that the RACGP has updated the Dispute, Reconsideration and Appeals Guide. The updated guide will come into immediate effect, superseding the previous corresponding policies as of Friday, 1 November 2024.

Application fee for Appeal has been reduced from $5000 to $3000
|
Following an internal review, a lower appeal fee was approved, which is now reflected in the updated guide. The new fee contributes to ensuring the College provides access to a fair and reasonable appeals process, as per the AMC Standards.
