This notice is to advise that the RACGP has updated the Flexible Funds Policy. The updated policy will come into immediate effect, superseding the previous version as of Thursday, 21 March 2024.

Schedule 1 updated to reflect budget decision that:
- Supervisors in an incentivised location that do not have a registrar are eligible to receive a stipend payment. A minimum of 3 hours of supervisor professional development per semester will be required. A stipend will be paid to the training site, up to a maximum of $500 per semester per training site (the equivalent to having one registrar).
- In addition to supervisors located in an MM3-7 location and working in a training site with an eligible registrar, supervisors working in an incentivised location without an eligible registrar will also be able to apply for reimbursement of reasonable travel costs (flights, mileage or car rentals and accommodation to attend supervisor professional development events). An allowance of up to $2000 per supervisor per annum may be claimed.
