Minimum employment terms for GP registrars

Accreditation standards for all training practices require that the terms and conditions in registrar employment agreements must not be less than the NTCER minimum. It is negotiated between General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) and General Practice Supervisors Australia (GPSA). 

The NTCER covers: 

  • Working hours 
  • Education and supervision 
  • Remuneration 
  • Leave 
  • Additional support
