Check your eligibility

PEP Standard and FSP registrars must submit a complete GPE application by 5:00pm (AEST) Friday 22 May 2026 to receive an outcome advising whether they meet the experience requirements to enrol for the 2026.2 CCE. Applications submitted after this date will not be guaranteed an outcome in time to enrol. Declining to address feedback will result in a delayed outcome.

Exam and Enrolment dates

Make sure you note down the correct day and date for each exam. Requests for late enrolment will no longer be accepted outside the enrolment period.

Financial hardship

Candidates are encouraged to enrol into an examination as soon as possible after enrolments open, and to not wait until the end of the enrolment period. Any candidate experiencing financial hardship may make a request for an alternative payment arrangement by submitting an Application for Special Consideration for Financial Hardship via email to examinations@racgp.org.au

Important: The RACGP recognises that at times candidates may be affected by circumstances beyond their control, which may then affect their performance in or attendance at an exam.

If you wish to apply for special arrangement, you must submit a completed Special Arrangements Application Form  and supporting evidence via email to clinicalexam@racgp.org.au for CCE or examinations@racgp.org.au for AKT/KFP by the close of enrolment date, as per the Assessments Special Arrangements Policy

My candidacy

All candidates who enrol in a Fellowship exam after 1 January 2019 have three years to complete their candidacy. If you have enrolled in an exam since 2019.1, you can track your journey to Fellowship in the ‘My candidacy portal’.

Privacy

The RACGP has a Privacy policy that reflects recent changes in Federal and State Privacy legislation. Prior to submitting your exam enrolment, you will be asked to declare that you have read and understood the privacy statement as part of the terms of enrolment in the RACGP Fellowship exams.

Unforeseen circumstances

The RACGP strives to deliver the exams as published, however, in limited circumstances it will need to make changes to the delivery and format of an exam, postpone an exam or even cancel an exam. For example, the RACGP cannot run an exam when enrolment numbers are insufficient to achieve statistically reliable outcomes.

In these circumstances, the RACGP is not liable to candidates for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered in connection with the exams.
