Clinical supervision is a key aspect of patient safety.. Issues such as identifying the balance between hands on or a hands off approach, establishing an appropriate response when a trainee is consciously or unconsciously out of their depth and steps to escalate care in a deteriorating situation all impact on care delivery. This webinar will discuss these amongst others in a discussion on clinical supervision.
