Training management system

The RACGP is is implementing a Training Management System (TMS) to organise the training delivery to our GP registrars. It will provide a self-service for GP registrars, and systems for our staff to manage individual training journeys. The TMS will integrate with our membership data, Department of Health reporting requirements, workplace-based assessments, payments information and many other systems. It will be a tool used by our GP registrars, supervisors, training clinics and the college staff.
 
The TMS is a significant and critical tool in the provision of college-led training. It will replace the nine separate systems used by the current RTOs.
 
Potential users of the TMS will be contacted for their feedback throughout 2022.
