Josephine Borthwick, non-Indigenous living on Bundjalung Country and the RACGP Evaluation Lead, provided valuable input and advice on the evaluation strategy for the Framework.
Many stakeholders were engaged through numerous advisory and focus groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical students, junior medical officers, GP registrars, GP Fellows, cultural educators and mentors, supervisors and practice managers. We thank them for sharing their invaluable lived experience and insights into engaging with GP training. The project drew on the expertise of many non-Indigenous RACGP staff, whose in-depth knowledge of the training program provided important input into the Framework.
