She has a strong track record of supporting positive culture-change programs, improving engagement and developing talent to excel in their careers and deliver high-quality work and customer service.

Most recently, Sue was the Global HR Director with Sodexo, a global facilities management business with over 45,000 employees focused on improving the quality of life for consumers across a range of industries.  Sue was previously Group Vice President, Global Transformation at Sodexo, a role that took her around the world.

In addition to experience in Australia, Sue has worked in Asia, North America and Europe.

RACGP CEO Matthew Miles said Sue’s experience supporting positive culture change within multiple organisations made her the standout candidate.
