Heart failure clinical guidelines

These guidelines have been developed to assist in the diagnosis and management of heart failure in adults. They provide treatment strategies for primary health professionals who are treating patients with this condition. Some recommendations have been based on clinical studies and use of data from systematic reviews and random controlled trials.
