The RACGP has provided a written submission to the Commission on the draft Guide for the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Health Standards. The RACGP believes that the Guide is critical to the success of the implementation of the Primary Care and Community Health Standard and recommends that a revision is undertaken to improve language and useability. The RACGP also requests for clarity and guidance from the Commission on the applicability of the Primary Care and Community Standards to other non-general practice primary healthcare services.
