The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety developed draft propositions concerning access to allied, mental and oral health services and general practice care for people receiving aged services. Several of these draft propositions would have significant implications for GPs.
The RACGP provided a submission which outlines in detail our thoughts on the draft propositions and recommends that the Royal Commission better engage with the general practice sector to resolve concerns.
