The Department of Health is undertaking a review of the Practice Incentives Program Indigenous Health Incentive (PIP-IHI), to better understand how it works on the ground for clinics, clinicians and consumers.
RACGP Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health consulted with its members to develop a response to the four themes outlined in the Department of Health’s consultation paper, and to propose additional options to enhance healthcare planning and service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
