The Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Review Taskforce recently released the Report from the Mental Health Reference Group (Report) after it reviewed 47 primary care mental health-related MBS items.
The Report made a total of six key recommendations and eight longer term recommendations.
The RACGP’s response is generally supportive of the recommendations; however, it highlights some of the missed opportunities and disagreements.
