The Federal Government announced the draft Terms of Reference for the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability (Royal Commission).
The Government sought feedback and comments on the scope of the Royal Commission to ensure it captures the issues that are most important. The Royal Commission will focus on what governments, institutions and the community should do to prevent, and respond to, violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation of people with disability.
