On 6 December 2017, the ACCC issued a draft determination suggesting that it will re-authorise intra practice price setting by general practitioners (GPs) and collective bargaining by single practices. The ACCC proposed to grant the authorisation for 10 years. The RACGP’s letter supports the ACCC re-authorising this conduct.
