The RACGP believes that the process of development of the practice guidelines appears to be sound and the recommendations are appropriate.
The RACGP thanks Cancer Council Australia and Melanoma Institute Australia for the opportunity to provide comment on their Draft Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Melanoma (Features of melanoma, Biopsy, Sentinel Node Biopsy, Excision Margins).
