The RACGP has provided a response to the Department of Health and Aged Care on the Public consultation on the Development of the Fifth National Sexually Transmissible Infections Strategy 2024-2030. The RACGP’s response highlights the key role of GPs in ensuring the effective delivery of preventive care and treatment for STIs and provides recommendations on what needs to be included in the priority areas for action under the integrated primary care and prevention, testing and treatment sections.
