Smoking Cessation Practice Nurse Project
RACGP/RCNA Nursing In General Practice Project
The Project was a joint undertaking by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Royal College of Nursing, Australia for the National Steering Committee for Nurses in General Practice. It was funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. The project aimed to explore the current and future roles of nurses in general practice, the educational needs of nurses and General Practitioners, and the current educational programs available to support nurses in general practice.
