The Emergency Response Kit is the ideal response bag for medical practitioners in the event of an emergency and members can save 10% off the recommended retail price.
The Emergency Response Kit (ERK) is now in its second version. The new ERK is larger, more robust and has room to store life saving medications. The new ERK now has 2 I-Gels to assist in airway management.
The kit was designed with input from General Practitioners and is used in the RACGP Clinical Emergency Management workshop scenarios.
The Emergency Response Kit includes:
- Adult Bag Valve Mask Resuscitator with CO2 detector (disposable)
- Oropharyngeal Airways
- Laryngeal Mask Airway – size 3,4,5
- Endotracheal Tube – size 7mm and 8mm
- ETT Tape and ETT introducer
- Metal Fibreoptic Laryngoscope handle and Macintosh blade
- 500ml Hartmanns Solution and IV giving set
- Protectiv IV safety cannulas – 20g, 18g,16g
- 10ml and 3ml syringes
- Transpore tape
- Tagaderm
- Nitrile gloves
- Sharps container
- Tourniquet.
