Australian Medicines Handbook
RACGP members receive reduced pricing on all Australian
Medicines
Handbook (AMH) products. As the independent, evidence
based, national drug reference, AMH is an important clinical resource
for general practitioners and other prescribers concerned with the
quality use of medicines. The comparative information makes it unique
to other drug reference tools on the market, as it allows its users to
compare drug information and make informed prescribing choices at
point-of-care. AMH content is subjected to a rolling review and update
process, so in addition to major changes there are literally hundreds of
minor revisions.
RACGP members can purchase the following AMH products direct from the college.
- the AMH Package (book and CD-ROM)
- AMH Drug Choice Companion: Aged Care - hardcopy
- AMH Drug Choice Companion: Emergency Care - hardcopy.
All other electronic formats can be purchased by contacting AMH directly on 08 8303 6977, or by ordering online.
