- By phone - call
1800 331 626 from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and pay by one of
the following accepted credit cards:

- By fax - fax your membership payment with credit card details to 03 8699 0489.
- By direct debit authority - download and complete a
direct
debit authority, then mail it to:
