Spina bifida continence management

Effective management of incontinence for young people and adults with spina bifida is more than just learning to deal with a socially difficult situation. Effective management enables people with spina bifida to achieve physicial, social and financial independence. General practitioners can develop the skills required to help young people and adults with spina bifida to manage their own continence. This is why this manual exists.
