Welcome to Country ceremony

On Friday 13th November, the RACGP National Office held a Welcome to Country ceremony.
Ms Carolyn Briggs, Boon Wurrung Elder, welcomed the members of the RACGP Council and College staff to Boon Wurrung land.
Ms Briggs and Dr Chris Mitchell, RACGP President, unveiled the commemorative plaque together. This plaque acknowledges Boon Wurrung as the traditional owners of the land and can be seen at the front of College House. Photos of the ceremony are below.
