Viewing and downloading files
Microsoft Word Documents
Word documents will open automatically if you have Microsoft Office installed. If you are using Windows then they should also open automatically using WordPad (included with Windows). Mac users can use Appleworks (included free with some systems). Alternatively you can use these freely available products:
Word Viewer 2003 lets you open Word 2003 documents
and documents created with all previous versions of Microsoft Word.

Calculating download time
Use this tool to caculate the time required to download a file, according to the type of internet connection you have. Just type in the file size below and click KB, MB or GB for the file size.
Please note that the speed may vary due to server's capacity and set-up, current Internet traffic, the your hardware or operating system, or the amount of people sharing the line (dial-up and cable) at the time of connection.
