Venue
These forums act as a venue for members to interact with others. You acknowledge that the RACGP does not initiate the transmission of content through these forums, select content, select intended recipients (except as an automatic response to the request of its users), maintain copies of materials for longer than necessary for the transmission, routing, or provision of connections or modify content. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may post content on these forums. The RACGP is not obligated to monitor such content. Any such content or correspondence between you and other users of these forums are solely between you and such other users. The RACGP assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility in connection with any of the correspondence. In the event that you have a dispute with any third party, you release the RACGP (and its agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind of nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.

The RACGP may provide links to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that the RACGP is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You agree that the RACGP shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources.
Registration
When registering and/or updating on the site, you agree to provide certain current, complete and accurate information about yourself as prompted to do so by the registration process, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity. You agree to maintain and keep current your Registration Data and to update that Data as soon as the information changes. You shall also be responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
The RACGP is not liable for any loss that you might suffer through the use of your password by a third party. You agree to immediately notify the RACGP of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security known to you with respect to these forums. Report any such violations to the Web.admin.
Conduct
You certify to the RACGP that you are at least 18 years of age. You take full responsibility for the use of these forums by any minors. Your use of the forums is subject to all applicable, local, state, national and international laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that the RACGP neither endorses the actions of any user nor the contents of any user communications.
You shall not:
- use these forums for any illegal purpose, to spam, or to the transmission of any material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of others privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another;
- use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of these forums; or
- take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree to indemnify and hold the RACGP, its affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of these forums, the violation of this agreement by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of the forums using your computer, or any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Even though prohibited, people may provide information that is offensive, false, harmful or deceptive. The RACGP does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for such content or actions.
Privacy Policy
Please see the RACGP current privacy policy, available at this site. If at any time you believe that the RACGP has not adhered to these privacy guidelines, please notify the RACGP by e-mail to the Web.admin and the RACGP will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify the problem and remedy the situation for the future.
Disclaimer
You expressly agree that use of these forums is at user's sole risk. These forums are provided on an 'as is' basis. The RACGP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. You agree that any material and/or date downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of these forums is done at user's own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. The RACGP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the forums.
Termination
Either you or the RACGP may terminate membership to the forums with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. The RACGP shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the forums. The RACGP may remove content if it suspects or receives notice that such content may infringe on this agreement.
