Teams in our general practices
The presence of teams has been evident in general practice for a long period. The current workforce crisis provides both an impetus and an opportunity for innovation in general practice, despite posing a serious challenge for both general practice. The RACGP has been considering the principles that need to underpin the further development of teams, and has released a paper for discussion within the profession. Please have a look at the paper, and provide the RACGP with your feedback, prior to the Council of the College formalising its position. Comments can be made to ian.watts@racgp.org.au.
